First off this is some pretty solid dumbbells.
The plates on each of the metal plates is machined I can tell cause I worked at a machine shop for 15 years and you the little grove marks it would make from the bit cause it not a 63 finish. But it's really good work and I love the color I got.
compared to other one si have had these feel way better and the weights aren't going to fall off. It's a solid pin on the I.d. of this so its stable and all you do the is put it in the cradle and rotate to change weights fast and easy.
My only complaint is the cradles seems low end. I think they weigh like 3lbs. And the other things is what happens if the nipple on the cradle the latches the weight brakes off then you will not be able to rotate the weight to a different weight. Like I said maybe it's just me over analyzing.
But I love the weight.

With all the gyms closed, and the potential of getting sick if they do open, I decided to work out from home. I didn't want free weights with the screw on collars, had them; hated them. Saw these adjustable dumbbells and they fit my criteria perfectly. Still feel like dumbbells, instantly adjustable and enough weight to help me get strong.

Great dumbells!!! Take up barely any space!!! Feel like regular dumbells. I would definitely recommend!!!
