SMRTFT NÜOBELL High Performance Stand (Single-Legged)

They sent the stand only to respond that they do not have any dumbbells in stock. I think this company is a scam. Be careful.

I purchased dumbbells and a stand from them. They told me they could not fulfill my order for a few months due to the California wildfires, which I had great sympathy for, so I said I would be patient.

However, I have now (several months later) been told they cannot fulfill my order at all, and will not refund the stand I purchased (and they delivered on a timely basis), even though I now have no dumbbells to use it with!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I ordered dumbbells and a stand from them. They delivered the stand straight away, but after 4 months I still had not received the dumbbells. They then said they would not deliver those, and refunded me. However I was then left with a stand that I had no use for! They said to send it back, but are now not refunding me for it, as it was not in the original box!! I did not keep the original box, as I never expected to send it back. I thought they would deliver the dumbbells.

WARNING - DO NOT BUY FROM SMRTFT - THEY ARE FRAFULENT

These guys suck. It's that simple. They've had my money for 80lb weights for 4 months and haven't shipped the weights - and had NO IDEA when they'd actually be able to ship. They sent the stand and now they're trying to deny a refund for it even though the box hasn't even been opened. I asked for a return shipping label and they sent me a file full of malware. If you want to buy Nuobells, go to their website directly. Don't buy through SMRTFT, which seems more like a scam outfit than an actual authorized reseller.

I can't comment on the product because it was never shipped. SMRTFT can't ship their products, pre-order is a complete scam! Do not waste your time with a company who takes orders for products they never intend to ship. Then respond with sorry, we'll just give you a refund.
