Get early access to most-popular products, securing the must-have items everyone is talking about before they sell out. Once your order is placed, we will ship it to you per estimated ship date.

Look for items marked ‘PRE-ORDER’ and simply add the items you love to your shopping bag and proceed to checkout as usual.

If you change your mind, please go to "returns & Refunds" section on our website, click the "return form" and follow the steps to cancel your order.

You may check the status of your order by going to “track your order” on our website under "support" and entering your order number starting with # or tracking number.  

Depending on the status of your order. We are unable to change any orders after they have already been shipped. If you want to cancel your order that already shipped, please email support@smrtft.com, but please note that any approvals for cancellation are made at our sole discretion and we are under no obligation to do so.

Applicable sales tax will be included on all orders based on shipping address. Sales tax amount is estimated until order has shipped and shipping confirmation has been sent. The state and local governments require that we charge tax for items shipped to any state where SMRTFT has a physical presence (such as a store, warehouse, or contact center)

Sports masks cannot be exchanged or returned due to sanitary restrictions.


Shipping policy

Order for masks and socks over $25 ship free via standard shipping. Dumbbells and stands ship via UPS, and the shipping rate will be calculated into your final order upon Checkout.

Currently, we only ship within the contiguous lower 48 states in the United States and Canada. For Canadian orders, the price you pay to SMRTFT exclude all relevant import duties and sales taxes. As we are unable to advise the exact amount, we recommend contacting your local customs office or tax authority before placing the order.

We are processing and fulfilling orders from our warehouse but may be experiencing delays as increased regulations have reduced hours of operation. Please contact customer service 

with any concerns.  

 

Although our west coast warehouse is back up and running, your order may take longer to reach you.

Orders received before noon shipped the same day, orders receive after noon will be shipped next day. Sometime it may take one to three days for processing. Once your order has left us, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow its progress. If you are having trouble tracking your order, you may email support@smrtft.com for assistance. Pre-orders have its own available ship date.

When you place the order, transit time is calculated along with the rate.

Orders containing items of high value is insured against theft and accidental damage during delivery. Once your purchases have been delivered to the specified address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance. If you are unavailable when your package arrives, our courier will make two more attempts to deliver your purchase. Please inspect damage of any kind that may occur during transport upon signing for the packages.

If you won't be in, you can choose to waive the signature. Please be aware that if no signature is collected, you agree to our terms and conditions and take full responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur.
