If you pre-order, you can get early access to the most popular products. This allows you to secure the must-have items everyone is talking about before they sell out. Once your order is placed, we will ship it out as soon as the product is available.

You may or may not be able to cancel, depending on the status of your order. We are unable to change or cancel any orders after they have already been shipped. Please note that any approvals for cancellation are made at our sole discretion. We are under no obligation to cancel an order.
Applicable sales tax will be included on all orders based on your shipping address. The sales tax amount is estimated until the order has shipped, and the shipping confirmation has been sent. Orders for masks and socks over $30 ship free via standard shipping. We offer Free Shipping for Dumbbells in the lower 48 United States. Stands ship via UPS, and the shipping rate will be calculated into your final order upon checkout.
Currently, we only ship within the contiguous lower 48 states in the United States and Canada. For Canadian orders, the price you pay to SMRTFT excludes all relevant import duties and sales taxes. We cannot advise the exact amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office or tax authority before placing the order.
UPS can take a few business days to scan packages into their system. Frequently, delays are because your shipment is in transit between our warehouse and UPS's sorting facility. After your shipment makes its way into the UPS sorting facility, you will receive an estimated delivery date.
When you place the order, transit time is calculated along with the rate. Under typical operating conditions, orders received before noon ship the same day. Orders received after noon will be shipped the next day. Due to supply-chain and other pandemic-related delays, sometimes it may take one to three days for processing. Once your order has left us, you'll receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow its progress. If you are having trouble tracking your order, you may email firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance. Pre-orders have their own available ship date.
