SMRTFT Return & Exchange Policy

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) through our Returns Center. All refunds are issued minus shipping and handling.

Return Eligibility

This policy applies only to purchases made on SMRTFT.com. If you purchased from another retailer, please contact them directly.

SMRTFT.com accepts returns only under the following conditions:

• A return request must be submitted and approved through our Returns Center.
• The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Products returned without an approved RMA cannot be refunded or credited.
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• All accessories and materials must be included.

Heavy Item Return Fees

Due to the weight of our products, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Refunds exclude original shipping costs.
• A return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund based on product weight and destination.

Unauthorized Returns

Items returned without a valid RMA approval are considered unauthorized. Unauthorized returns cannot be refunded, and all shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 30 minutes of submission. After that time, the order cannot be modified or canceled.

If you choose not to keep your order after it has processed, you may return it according to our return policy. All return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
