  • we only ship to contiguous 48 states

Order processing takes 1-3 days & delivery generally takes 2-8 days after processing time. Please note that while we will do our best to deliver your purchase within the estimated timeframe, dispatch and delivery times are based on an estimation only and are not guaranteed. We will always try to deliver your goods within our estimated delivery times below but actual delivery times are sometimes outside of our control.

All claims are handled immediately, no long waits.

We ship all orders via FedEx or UPS with full tracking provided. Once the carrier confirms delivery to the address you entered at checkout, SMRTFT’s responsibility for the shipment ends. We are not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or missing after the carrier marks them as delivered.

For complete peace of mind, we offer Shipping Protection at checkout. This protection covers loss, theft, or damage during transit and after delivery confirmation. If Shipping Protection is declined, any loss occurring after carrier confirmation of delivery is the customer’s responsibility.
