Thank you for being a SMRTFT fan! Due to Covid-19, some orders may be slightly delayed, and it may take a little longer for orders to be processed during the this time. Please be assured that we will respond to your orders and communications as quickly as we can. Orders are processed in the order that they were received.
Please note:
- For all Canadian orders, the price you pay to SMRTFT excludes all relevant import duties and sales tax. As the recipient of the order, you must instead pay these duties and taxes directly to our carrier to release your order from customs.
- Order details are unable to be changed once the order is placed.
- Please include the order # in the subject line for all inquiries.
Order processing takes 1-3 days & delivery generally takes 2-8 days after processing time. Please note that while we will do our best to deliver your purchase within the estimated timeframe, dispatch and delivery times are based on an estimation only and are not guaranteed. We will always try to deliver your goods within our estimated delivery times below but actual delivery times are sometimes outside of our control.

- NUOBELL 50lb Free shipping for the contiguous 48 states. Flat rate of $100 to Canada.
Free shipping within the United States on mask and sock orders $30 or more.
