I use these for things like bent over rows, DB Bench and carries where I want more weight than my db set offers. For those sorts of exercises they are amazing, quick to load and easy to use. I don’t think I would like using them for things like cleans or snatches as there is a bit of play(to be expected) in them.

These weights are a pleasure to use. Or rather they are a pleasure to change the weight on (very satisfying), the pleasure turns more to pain when I go to failure with them. I highly recommend them. I hope they are as durable as I expect.

These adjustable dumbbells are by far the best I have ever had. The weight distribution and size is perfect. Adjusting the weight has never been easier. Very happy with this purchase.

Great purchase they are pretty mucklike the dumbbells from gym . Love how they aren't the same length no matter how small you go with them like some of the other dumbbells out there.

Extremely happy with the investment. My brother has Bowflex dumbbells and Nuobells are so much nicer
