After purchasing the dumbells on pre-order I was hesistant reading some reviews regarding delayed shipping

The customer service kept me informed throughout the wait and was transparent on delivery date even offering refund if I did not want to wait

They arrived in a timely manner and I have been more than happy with the product. It replaced nearly 15 dumbells that I had in my gym and allows for seamless transition in change of weight. It allows both my wife and I to work out and interchange dumbells easily. My only problem is that I waited so long to order them

Used my my wife and myself. I love them. Wife uses them in different types of HIIT workouts that call for holding on the ends instead of the normal grip, and it's hard to do since the incremental weights are slick and too large to wrap her hands around. Other than that, they have performed exemplarily and even survived a flood that had them completely submerged. I am considering a second set so that my wife and I don't have to share during workouts we perform together.

I love the product it seems well built and it makes changing weight amount butter easy. I went and tried 3 other styles and this by was the most comfortable and easiest to change weight amount. Only getting 4 stars due to the ordering process. Did a pre order and it said delivery should be around Feb 15th and I didn’t receive the item until May 2nd. I did send emails which they did response to in a timely manner and on my third email on April 20th I was offered a full refund (maybe to earn them more money by selling the product at full price after they got my preorder money to help seed the next order idk). Go buy these from a local vendor.

Best adjustable dumbells I have ever used...Love them!!

I've seen a bunch of mixed reviews on these and decided to pull the trigger and buy them. I'm glad I did. They have a comfortable grip, and balanced well. They feel like the plate dumbells that I used to use at the gym. I love them and haven't had an issue with them. Adjusting the weight is simple and quick. I seen many years of use ahead.
