SMRTFT NÜOBELL 80lb Cradle

I purchased multiple items from smrtft. However, I selected the matte black cradles and added them to my cart. Somehow their system changed the item to the steel version. When I received the item I followed up with the company for them to rectify the issue. They went in circles and avoided any liability for the error and noted there is nothing they can do because the item isn’t returnable. Be better and correct mistakes.

Update—after continuing to push back on them and providing video proof of the system error, smrtft corrected the issue.

I love these dumbbells more than I can express. I was in the process of buying dumbbells and honestly I've always wanted to get the Bowflex dumbbells not knowing too much about anything else. After trying the Bowflex dumbbells at Dick's Sporting Goods I was a little skeptical because of the awkward shape knowing that it probably would get in the way of certain exercises considering it took away from the complete range of motion. When I came across videos advertising these dumbbells I immediately got pumped up and excited because they just made perfect sense and I had to get my hands on them. They feel extremely comfortable and 100% like an actual dumbbell with the ability to go up and down in weight with just a click which makes working out with these so much more exciting it motivated me from the moment I put them in my hands. The second these showed up I started taking them out the box setting up my stand as you see in the photos and as soon as my wife left out the door I put my earbuds in my ears and started working out using a dumbbell app that I've been dying to use for the longest and my workout was great. My only concern is that there's a little attachment in the cradle that seems to be better off if it was made of steal instead of plastic and I'm wondering if that was to break which seems like a huge possibility how soon would I have to get another cradle considering it seems like an important part to the functionality of the dumbbells. That would be my only concern, with that being said I'm going to purchase another cradle because it seems extremely affordable I think the cradles are about 18 bucks a piece. All I can tell anyone reading this review is I love these dumbbells I kid you not I'm extremely excited they feel great, they look great and I highly recommend them if you're looking for a great pair of dumbbells and 80 lbs is enough for you
depending on what your goals are especially if you're putting in a lot of effort these are the dumbbells for you, don't be making it difficult looking at a bunch of different reviews understand that this is a great pair it meets all your needs and it feels like real solid dumbbells. Everything took like 10 minutes to set up and I was ready to go. The instructions was a little off because most of what they were showing you to put together was already done out the box but it was extremely easy to figure out the starting point with only screws bolts and washers in a hexagon tool you are all set.
