Sometimes, you need a super-efficient meal that’ll give your body the protein building blocks to fuel your goals while still tasting delicious. That’s where this overnight oats recipe (which has long been my go-to breakfast) comes in. It has just four ingredients (all of which have a long shelf life) but is L-O-A-D-E-D with great nutrients and taste.
