Sure, most guys want to look like some Greco-Roman statue, with slabs of lean muscle layered onto their biceps and shoulders and chest and thighs. The thing we often forget: You don’t want to move like a statue too. You want to move like an athlete, capable of channeling your strength in multiple ways, quickly shifting left and right when you need to, able to break into a jog or a run whenever you’re late for the train. You want to build muscle mass and power.


YOUR WEEKLY SCHEDULE

You’ll train four days a week on this plan. At least once a week, aim for a relaxed 20-minute run or bike ride, and rest fully from training on at least one other day.
