  • 10 Jumping Jacks
  • 10 Bodyweight Squats

The Workout

  • Dumbbell Split Squat: 4 sets of 30 seconds per side
  • Alternating Dumbbell Bench Press: 4 sets of 30 seconds

  • V-Up: 3 sets of 30 seconds
